Fred & Friends Chill Baby Volume Pacifier has been recalled by the manufacturer. Fred & Friends determined that the ventilation holes on some of the Volume Pacifiers were slightly smaller then required under the applicable sections of Code of Federal Regulations which relate to pacifier products. A consumer also informed the company that the knob on her Volume Pacifier became detached during use, becoming a small part choking hazard. If you purchased one of these pacifiers at ARCH, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and welcome a return or store exchange.
